When you bought the iPad from Wriggle you should have received a setup guide for your son's iPad that includes links to relevant short courses in Wriggle Connect. It is important to follow the steps in the guide and to watch the videos listed at the end of the guide. One of the most important courses, especially if you do not already have Wi-Fi controls installed at home as we do in school, is the course on Parental Controls for Security and Privacy which explains how to set up and use Screentime on your son's iPad. The most useful part of that course to watch is on how to monitor websites and apps used by your son at home. Wriggle have already created an account for you based on the email you would have given them. If you have lost that password you can get a new one on the Wriggle Connect site or reach out to Wriggle for help.
